Proper eye and ear protection are recommended for everyone on EEGC property.

Both can be purchased at the clubhouse

by the public range or you can bring your own.

Prescription lenses will usually fill the requirement for eye protection.

PUBLIC RANGE HOURS AND FEES - Winter Schedule

Our public shooting range is open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during Winter hours unless otherwise posted. Fees for the public range are:

$10 per person age 18 and older per day.

$5 per youth (age 17 and younger) and guests of members per day.

Active duty military, National Guard, reserves shoot free with valid military identification.

WINTER HOURS

Winter hours have started. Our public range is now open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATORS REQUIRED AS OF JUNE 1, 2014

Empty Chamber Indicators are required for ALL firearms not in

use on the firing line. You must have a chamber flag fully inserted into the chamber. Please click here for more information about acceptable kinds of empty chamber indicators.


The flag's prominent colored handle will show our Range Safety

Officers that that the firearm is unloaded and safe. All other range

safety rules will still be in place. When a range is closed, there will

be no gun handling, and ALL benched, grounded, or racked

firearms must have chamber flags in place. Firearms safely

holstered or closed in a case will be exempt.
